Founder and CEO has accepted a position on the Board of Governors
for the Organization of Legal Professionals.

Group announced today that Charles Skamser, the company's founder
and CEO has accepted a position
on the Board of Governors for The Organization of Legal
Professionals (OLP). The
OLP drives education, best practices and provides professional
certifications for those involved in the practice support of complex
litigation. Through its programs, OLP insures that the
requisite level of competency in such complicated disciplines such
as eDiscovery and trial support, among others, is met.
The OLP was established to form
global standards for eDiscovery and other professionals through
collaboration, education and certification. “The eDiscovery
market is currently not that dissimilar from the wild west when
compared to more mature markets with best practices such as lean six
sigma," said Skamser. "Therefore, OLP's commitment
to establishing industry wide standards and the associated
professional certifications and training guidelines will have

Mr.
Skamser will be one of 14 members sitting on the Board of Governors,
comprised of lawyers, judges, law school professors, consultants,
and vendors. Members of the OLP include top-level
professionals: lawyers, judges, e-discovery managers,
technicians, paralegals, case managers, litigation support managers,
administrators, vendors, software developers, consultants, and
others.
Mr. Skamser is an serial technology entrepreneur with an exceptional
25 year track record of successfully introducing disruptive
technologies into new or changing markets through the advancement of
Business Process Analysis and (BPA) and Business Process Management
(BPM), developing industry standards and driving best
practices. He has been the CEO of both private and public
technology companies and has spent the last 5 years working with the
General Counsel and Chief Technology Officers from the Global
200, litigators from major law firms, litigation service providers,
computer forensic consultants and eDiscovery technology vendors
understanding the needs of the eDiscovery market and investigating
how to apply advanced technology and best practices from the general
Content Management market to the eDiscovery and Governance, Risk and
Compliance markets. Through his work at eDiscovery Solutions
Group, Mr. Skamser is currently a leading advocate of utilizing
conceptual search technologies and associated advanced
analytics along with Early Case Assessment (ECA) methodologies as
