Charles Skamser
President and CEO

Mr. Skamser is the founder, President and CEO at eDiscovery Solutions Group (eDSG). As an industry thought leader in Information Governance, eDiscovery and Cloud Computing, he is a trusted advisor to technology solutions providers, corporate legal and Information Technology (IT) departments and law firms on solutions to address the paradigm shift in eDiscovery. Over the past 25 years, he has focused on early stage software companies with emerging technologies that support Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions and Cloud Computing for the Global 2000. Mr. Skamser has started 10 companies and taken 2 of them public, including the first large Application Service Provider (ASP). He is currently on the Board of Governors for the Organization of Legal Professionals, is a leading authority in the industry on Information Governance, eDiscovery and Cloud Computing, publishes a well know eDiscovery Blog called the "eDiscovery Paradigm Shift", expresses daily opinions on the state of the industry via Twitter at "eDiscoveryGroup" and is the founder and moderator of the following LinkedIn Groups: (1) eDiscovery Solutions Group; (2) Early Case Assessment Association; (3) Enterprise eDiscovery in the Cloud; (4) Information Governance in the Cloud; and, (5) The International Association of Data Mapping Professionals.

Gene Petty
Vice President and Corporate Counsel

Mr. Petty is a co-founder and serves as Vice President and General Counsel for eDiscovery Solutions Group (eDSG). He has extensive experience handling a wide-variety of civil litigation in state and federal courts, assisting clients in the management of their records, and dealing with regulatory agencies. Because of his experience, Mr. Petty thoroughly understands the complex and difficult issues that lawyers, corporations, governments and their Information Technology departments face when handling electronic discovery, regulatory investigations, and governmental requests. He regularly lectures on topics including civil law and records and currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Professionalism and Ethics Section of his state bar association. Mr. Petty earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago.
